El Indio Manchester

I love this restaurant! There is no bad food, everything they make is delicious. The prices are also quite reasonable and the service is attentive and very fast. They make a wonderful top shelf margarita, too! I had Yolanda's enchiladas which come with a cheese sauce rather than traditional enchilada sauce and they were fabulous. My companion had a beautiful chicken dish on a bed of vegetables called Fiesta Chicken which he really enjoyed! Finally, or perhaps I should have said firstly, we had their chunky guacamole as an appetizer. We both highly recommend the chunky guacamole. It is always superb! The only reason I gave the restaurant four stars for atmosphere is because it is very loud in there during busy times and the wooden booths are not particularly comfortable. But that does keep you from tying up the table too long!

First resturaunt where the fried ice cream was actually fried! The food is decent although portions are below average the good prices make up for it. Service is also excellent.

Solid Mexican food. Consistent service. Drinks are pretty good. Chips are yummy too! Been coming here for years and figured I’d update this 7-year-old review. Wait staff are very attentive. El Indio is a Mexican restaurant with 4 locations. This one in Manchester is easy to get to and parking is fine here, even when it gets busy all the time. It's got a good sized menu with prices not being too bad for good portion sizes. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and love to give recommendations. The food is good, especially the tacos. Enchiladas and burritos are good, with a good portion of it being meat. Their chips and salsa come to the table, but their guacamole is delicious and creamy. Overall this is a great spot and I'd highly recommend getting the tacos.

The food came out in a timely manner and was tasty. The service was great. The price is on par with most mexican restaurants, so it is not a bad value. Before to it was $34 for 2 people.

Loved the food and friendly service, the very short wait time even during peak hours. Ample free parking, right off a street corner. A little tight feeling because of the high backed wooden chairs but everything else is really great! Enjoyed our meal!

This is one of the best restaurants is St. Louis. Don’t let the small building fool you, the food and service is amazing and quick. The food is fairly inexpensive for how much you get. Would recommend 10/10 times.
